Well my experience from start to finish has been perfect. I placed my order and contacted customer services and they helped me to change/upgrade my order to the C29L.
The bike, from the delivery courier very helpful, packaged one of the best, the bike is very well made was easy to put together clear instructions and an online video which I did watch. As an older person I wanted bit of help up the hills and there's plenty around here and this bike certainly does that. There is alot of ebikes to choose from and in the UK alot are illegal but if you leave the supplied throttle in the box and don't override the 25k speed restriction this bike should be fine.
The bike is really good value for money and I can recommend it it's certainly given my cycling a boost and got me out and about again and this spec with hydraulic disc brakes is brilliant . I can't judge the longevity of everything but judging from the reviews I've read then customer service is very good so contact them first.
